This PR resolves ministryofjustice/analytical-platform#3605

This is the final change as part of this work - enabling the feature flag in production.

If there are any issues after this has been deployed, the feature flag can be disabled.

🧑‍💻 How should the reviewer test these changes?

  • Already tested as superusers on prod.
  • Once deployed, all users will see the auth method

  • No changes to the documentation are required
